Can I collect from any chamberlains store?

At this stage you can only collect from the following stores: Centurion, Silver Lakes, Montana and Strubens Valley.


Do you have any branches outside Gauteng?

Our stores are only located in Gauteng.


Do you do deliveries for online purchases?

Unfortunately we only offer online purchases as Click and Collect at this stage.


Where do I collect my purchase at the designated branch?

Our friendly staff at the Welcome Desk will direct you to the collection point. Please remember that we require proof of identification when you collect your goods.


How will I know that my goods are ready for collection?

You will receive notifications via e-mail for each step of the purchase process, including when your goods are ready for collection.


How long will it take to get my package ready for collection?

Your goods should be ready for collection in 24 hours. If we need to move stock between the branches to fill your order, your collection time will be affected.


Can my goods be delivered instead of collected?

At this stage we only offer a Click and Collect online service.


Can I still purchase goods if I don’t have a credit card?

Yes, you can pay with instant EFT or alternatively contact any branch to place an order and pay via EFT.


How do I return products?

Products can be returned at your nearest store. See our Conditions of Sales page. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.

What can I do if the products I am looking for is not available on your site?

We are continuously adding products to our online range, but feel free to contact our friendly staff at any branch to assist you. Alternatively you can send an email with your request to [email protected].
